Loren M. Solfest | Shareholder

Loren Solfest is a shareholder and Vice-President of Severson, Sheldon, Dougherty & Molenda, P.A. He practices in the areas of banking, commercial litigation, business and real estate law. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of transactions and cases in state and federal courts, at both the district and appellate court levels.

Loren is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, and he has served as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous cases since 1997. He is also certified as a Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Loren is licensed to practice law in the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit; the United States District Court, District of Minnesota; and the United States District Court, Western District of Wisconsin. Loren is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and other state and local bar associations.

When he is not at work, Loren enjoys family and church activities, participating in various sports, coaching his children's sports teams and following the Fighting Irish.
