Matthew J. Schaap | Associate
Matthew has practiced law with Severson Sheldon since 2004, and he currently plays an active role in its commercial, banking, and real estate practice areas. Matthew is regularly involved in all aspects of litigation in those areas. Matthew's practice also involves probate litigation, which includes representation and appearances associated with will contests and guardianship/conservatorship proceedings.
Matthew has civil jury trial experience and has successfully represented the firm's clients at numerous mediations, arbitrations, court trials and motion hearings.
