Michael D. Klemm | Associate
Michael Klemm represents real estate developers and associations regarding creation and management of condominiums, townhouses, single-family home associations, and master-planned communities combining residential neighborhoods with commercial or recreational property. He assists clients with drafting and amending association governing documents, enforcing covenants and regulations, collecting assessments, and general corporate and management issues.
In addition to his community association law practice, Michael represents clients in connection with real estate transactions, land use regulation, residential and commercial development, real estate financing, title examination, environmental matters and eminent domain.
